Dilip Buildcon Ltd has announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for the construction of a Twin Tube Unidirectional Tunnel in the Kozhikode and Wayanad Districts of Kerala State on Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Basis. The project, which includes Four Lane approach Road for Direct Connectivity Between Anakkampoyil - Kalladi - Meppadi from Km 0.460 to Km 8.735, has a project length of 8.275 km and a contract value of INR 1341.00 Cr (including GST). The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all insiders, designated persons and their immediate relatives, connected persons, fiduciaries and intermediaries will be closed till 48 hours from the date the said information is generally made available with the public.
