Dilip Buildcon Ltd has received a Letter of Award (LOA) from Odisha Bridge & Construction Corporation Limited (OB&CC Ltd.) for a project valued at ₹160.20 Crores (excluding GST). The project involves the construction of a diversion road from 4/700 km to 11/500 km of Duduka-Gopalpur-Toparia Road (6 Lane with Service Road) in Sundargarh District, Odisha, on an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) basis. The project is to be completed within 18 months. This award is a continuation of previous announcements and adheres to SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. The company also noted that the trading window for dealing in its securities remains closed.
