Dilip Buildcon Wins ₹1800 Cr LPG Pipeline Project LOI

Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) for laying, building, operating, and expanding an LPG pipeline from Paradip, Odisha to Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The project involves DBL, through a 100% owned Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), developing and operating the pipeline infrastructure for 25 years post a 3-year construction period. The Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) works awarded to DBL are valued at approximately INR 1800 crore, to be executed over 36 months. This initiative aims to replace road-based LPG transportation, enhancing road safety and generating revenue through transportation tariffs.
