Dipna Pharmachem Appoints New Director, Reconstitutes Committees

Dipna Pharmachem Ltd announced a change in its board of directors. Mr. Nirav Madhusudan Soni has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director, effective August 10, 2026. Concurrently, the company accepted the resignations of Mr. Jitendra Pradipbhai Parmar and Mr. Manish Shrichand Bachani from their positions as Non-Executive and Independent Directors, also effective August 10, 2026. Following these changes, the company has reconstituted its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
