Dipna Pharmachem Reconstitutes Board Committees

Dipna Pharmachem Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee following a Board of Directors meeting held on November 3, 2026. The company also appointed Mr. Hiteshkumar Shankarlal Parmar and Mr. Swetal Nalinbhai Shah as Additional Non-Executive and Independent Directors, effective from the same date. Both new directors bring substantial business experience and commercial knowledge to their roles.
