Disa India: Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Results

Disa India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The closure, effective from September 21, 2026, is in accordance with the company's policy under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the date on which the results for the quarter are announced. The date for the Board Meeting to approve these results will be intimated separately.
