Dish TV India Approves AGM Notice & FY26 Annual Report

Dish TV India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the convening of the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Equity Shareholders on September 29, 2026. The meeting will be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Board also approved the Notice calling the AGM, along with the Annual Report and its annexures for the Financial Year 2025-26. Separately, the company has submitted its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board meeting commenced at 1600 Hrs and concluded at 1750 Hrs.
