Krishna Awtar Kabra, a promoter of Disha Resources Ltd, has acquired 3,20,000 equity shares, representing 4.37% of the paid-up share capital. The acquisition occurred on September 25, 2026, through an inter-se transfer following the dissolution of the HUF of his father, Jagannath Rampal Kabra HUF. This transaction changes Kabra's total holding to 3,28,690 shares, which is 4.49% of the total diluted share capital.
