Mayadevi Krishnavtar Kabra, a promoter of Disha Resources Limited, has disclosed the disposal of 4,20,000 equity shares, representing 5.74% of the company's paid-up share capital. The transaction occurred on August 13, 2026, through the open market. Following this sale, Kabra's shareholding in the company has reduced to 1,74,448 equity shares, which constitutes 2.38% of the total paid-up share capital. The total diluted share capital of the company after the sale remains 7,31,55,000 equity shares.
