
Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd. Approves Issuance of up to INR 150 Crores Non-Convertible Debentures
Dishman Carbogen Amcis Ltd. has approved the issuance of up to INR 150 Crores in Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in two tranches. The first tranche will consist of up to INR 50 Crores, while the second tranche will consist of up to INR 100 Crores. The NCDs will be secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, and taxable. The first tranche has a base issue of INR 35 Crores plus a green shoe option of INR 15 Crores, while the second tranche is for INR 100 Crores in one or more tranches as mutually agreed. The NCDs will be secured by a first ranking exclusive charge by way of lien over 100% fixed deposit and exclusive charge over identified property belonging to promoter viz. Mr. Arpit Vyas and personal guarantee to the extent of the value of the property. The interest rate for the NCDs is 10.00%, and the principal will be paid in a bullet payment of 18 months, 65% at the end of 24 months on maturity.
