Divis Laboratories Ltd has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The company will consider ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, declaration of a dividend of ₹30 per equity share, and the re-appointment of directors Mr. N.V. Ramana and Dr. Kiran S. Divi. Electronic voting facilities will be available to members from August 6 to August 9, 2026.
