Divyashakti Limited has announced that its 162nd Board of Directors meeting is scheduled for November 11, 2026. The meeting, to be held via Video Conferencing, will inter alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors. The trading window for designated persons has been closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these results.
