Divyashakti Ltd to Approve Q4 Results on Feb 6, 2026

Divyashakti Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be held through Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) at the Registered Office of the Company in Hyderabad, Telangana. The 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for all the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees from January 1, 2026, and will open after 48 hours of the announcement and intimation of the Results by the Company to the Stock Exchange on February 6, 2026.
