Dolat Algotech Appoints New Statutory Auditors and Independent Director

Dolat Algotech Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 8, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Vijay Mehta & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mrs. Vijyatta Jaiswal was appointed as an Additional Director, designated as Independent Director, for a five-year term effective November 1, 2026, pending regulatory and shareholder approvals.
