Dolphin Medical Services Ltd has received a two-month extension from the Registrar of Companies, Telangana, to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The approval, granted under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, extends the deadline to November 30, 2026.
