Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd. has appointed Mr. Vinit Rameshchandra Mundra as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointment is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders and he is recommended to serve for a term of 5 consecutive years starting from March 12, 2026 till March 11, 2031. Ltd. and has previously worked with Torrent Gas Pvt. Ltd., Hyfun Foods, and Chiripal Industry. His core strengths lie in Finance and Accounts, Banking, and Costing.
