Dolphin Offshore re-appoints Rupesh Savla as MD for 5 years

Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Rupesh Kantilal Savla as Managing Director for a term of five years, effective December 07, 2026. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
