DOMS Industries JV deadline extended to Jan 31, 2027

DOMS Industries Limited has announced an extension for its joint venture (JV) with Seven SpA, a F.I.L.A. - Fabbrica Italiana Lapis Ed Affini S.p.A. Group Company. The deadline for incorporating the JV company in India and executing the JV agreement has been mutually extended from September 30, 2026, to January 31, 2027. This extension is to facilitate the completion of necessary procedural compliances and formalities. All other terms of the transaction remain unchanged. The company will provide further updates upon execution of the JV agreement.
