Donear Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct. The closure will commence on April 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the dissemination of the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
