Donear Industries sets Sep 18, 2026 as Record Date for ₹0.20 dividend

Donear Industries Limited has announced Friday, September 18, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The proposed dividend is ₹0.20 per equity share of face value ₹2. If approved at the AGM, the payment, subject to tax deduction, will be made on or after September 26, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the specified date, for both dematerialized and physical shares.
