D.P. Abhushan Promoters Dispose of 400,000 Equity Shares

D.P. Abhushan Ltd's promoter group, including Vikas Kataria HUF, Santosh Ratanlal Kataria HUF, and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), disclosed the disposal of 400,000 equity shares. This transaction was conducted as an inter-se transfer. Prior to this disposal, the promoter group held a combined 17,095,469 shares, representing 74.89% of the company's total share/voting capital. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Vikas Kataria HUF had also sought pre-clearance for the sale of 200,000 shares via an off-market transaction.
