D.P. Abhushan: Promoters transfer 400,000 shares inter-se

Santosh Kataria and Vikas Kataria, belonging to the promoter group of D.P. Abhushan Limited, acquired 400,000 equity shares of the company. This transaction was an off-market inter-se transfer from Santosh Ratanlal Kataria HUF and Vikas Ratanlal Kataria HUF, also part of the promoter group. The acquisition took place on February 12, 2026. Following this internal transfer, the overall shareholding of the promoter and promoter group in D.P.
