D.P. Wires Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

D.P. Wires Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, including their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating & Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons, and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations,2018. The trading window will remain closed from April 01,2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31st ,2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately. Designated persons have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the closure period.
