D.P. Wires Ltd. has announced a revision in the date of the Board Meeting to 05/03/2026 from the original date of 03/03/2026. The company will also reschedule the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM), the date of which was earlier set for 24th March 2026. The new date, time, and venue for the EGM will be approved in the Board Meeting. The company's Trading Window will remain closed as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading.
