NCLT Sanctions Amalgamation of Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital with Dr. Agarwals Health Care

Dr. Agarwals Eye Hospital Limited (AEHL) has received sanction from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, for the Scheme of Amalgamation between AEHL and Dr. Agarwals Health Care Limited (AHCL). The amalgamation, which will see AEHL merge with and into AHCL, was sanctioned under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The scheme is effective from April 01, 2026, and operative from the first day of the calendar month following the completion of all conditionalities. The company will provide further updates on the effectiveness, record date, and share allotment.
