Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Sets Record Date for ₹4 Dividend

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital Ltd has announced the record date for the payment of its final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend of ₹4.00 per equity share (40%) is subject to member approval at the upcoming 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 09, 2026. The record date for determining eligible shareholders is set as September 02, 2026. The dividend payment is expected to be made on or before October 08, 2026. The AGM will also cover the adoption of financial statements, director re-appointment, and ratification of cost auditor remuneration.
