ICICI Prudential MF Acquires 5.36% Stake in Dr. Agarwals Health Care

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired 1,69,99,999 equity shares of Dr. Agarwals Health Care Limited on August 12, 2026. This acquisition represents 5.36% of the company's paid-up capital, crossing the 5% threshold that triggers disclosure requirements under SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers Regulations, 2011. The fund stated that the acquisition is for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest. The total equity share capital of the company after the acquisition is valued at ₹31,69,83,028.
