Dr. Agarwals Health Care: Unsecured Creditors Meeting Held for Amalgamation Scheme

Dr. Agarwals Health Care Limited held a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) convened meeting of its Unsecured Creditors on July 02, 2026, in Chennai.
