Dr Reddy's Announces 42nd AGM and FY26 Dividend

Dr Reddy's Laboratories Ltd has announced its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on July 23, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The Integrated Annual Report for FY 2025-26 is available online. The company also declared a final dividend of ₹8 per equity share for FY 2025-26, with a record date of July 10, 2026, and payment on or before July 30, 2026. Shareholders are advised to update their KYC details. E-voting will be open from July 19 to July 22, 2026.
