ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired 7,12,884 equity shares of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd. on August 12, 2026. This acquisition has resulted in the Fund's shareholding exceeding the 5% threshold of the company's paid-up capital. The acquisition was made from an investment perspective, not to gain controlling interest. The total holding post-acquisition stands at 4,20,45,639 shares, representing 5.037% of the total voting capital.
