DRA Consultants Postpones Board Meeting to July 22

DRA Consultants Ltd has informed BSE that its Board of Directors meeting, originally scheduled for July 16, 2026, has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The meeting will now be held on July 22, 2026. The agenda includes the renewal of bank guarantees, CC limits, and OD limits with ICICI Bank, as well as a review of the company's business operations for the quarter ending June 2026.
