DRC Systems India Ltd. has approved an investment not exceeding 50.10% in Inexture Solutions Limited, a technology-focused company specializing in custom software development. This investment aims to enhance DRC's technological capabilities and service offerings, leveraging Inexture's advanced expertise in Python, Java, FullStack, Liferay, Spring Boot, and Django. The transaction does not fall under related party transactions and is expected to be completed within 60 days, subject to due diligence. Inexture Solutions Limited, incorporated on November 15, 2023, has a paid-up share capital of Rs. 15,000/- and a turnover of Rs. 812.97 Lakhs as of March 31, 2024. Post-acquisition, Inexture would become a subsidiary company of DRC Systems India Ltd.
