Dreamfolks Appoints Internal Auditor, Independent & Executive Directors

Dreamfolks Services Ltd announced key appointments following its Board of Directors meeting on November 3, 2026. The company approved the appointment of TRC Corporate Consulting Private Limited as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Additionally, Ms. Meena Lall was appointed as an Independent Director and Mr. Sanyam Nagpal as an Executive Director (Key Managerial Personnel), both effective January 1, 2027, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the unmodified Limited Review Reports from statutory auditors. A proposal to provide security by way of fixed deposits of INR 5.5 crore each was also approved.
