Dreamfolks Services Ltd. to Invest INR 11.46 Crore in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP, Acquiring 50.01% Stake

Dreamfolks Services Ltd. has approved an investment of up to INR 11.46 Crore in Ten 11 Hospitality LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership Firm engaged in operating/running premium lounges. The investment will be made by acquiring 50.01% partnership stake from existing partners, making Ten 11 Hospitality LLP a subsidiary of Dreamfolks Services Ltd. The acquisition is aimed at consolidating and strengthening Dreamfolks’ value chain over its existing railway lounge service operations by acquiring one of its key current service partners. Ten 11 Hospitality LLP has a turnover of INR 8,65,83,007.38 for FY 2024-25, INR 2,14,79,081.44 for FY 2023-24, and INR 59,87,685.95 for FY 2022-23. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 15 days and will provide physical infrastructure and assets at key railway stations for lounge and other railway services.
