Dreamfolks Services Ltd: Trading Window Closure for Q2 FY27

Dreamfolks Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. During this period, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will inform the date of the Board Meeting to approve these results in due course.
