Droneacharya Receives Interim Order on AGM Delay Compounding Application

Droneacharya Aerial Innovations Ltd has received an Interim Order from the Regional Director, Mumbai, concerning a compounding application. The application relates to a delay in holding the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2025, which was due by September 30, 2025, but held on November 25, 2025, resulting in a 56-day delay. The company has been levied a compounding fee of ₹2,59,000 for this violation of Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.
