DS Kulkarni Developers: Corrigendum to 35th AGM Notice

DS Kulkarni Developers Ltd has issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Agenda Item No. 4, which proposed the approval of a material related party transaction for the sale of property to Moonbrick Realty Private Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary), has been withdrawn. This withdrawal is due to Moonbrick Realty becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary, making the transaction no longer necessary under SEBI regulations. Consequently, subsequent agenda items have been renumbered, and the e-voting facility will be available for the revised set of agenda items.
