DSM Fresh Foods Invests in Avyom Foodtech, Changes Object Clause of MoA

DSM Fresh Foods Limited has approved an investment of up to 7.5 crores in Avyom Foodtech Private Limited, a company engaged in food processing and allied sectors. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen DSM Fresh Foods' presence in the food processing sector. Additionally, the company has proposed changes in the objects for which the unutilized IPO funds are proposed to be utilized, and an addition in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the company. These changes are subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of a special resolution through postal ballot and other applicable laws.
