Ducon Infratechnologies Appoints Two Independent Directors

Ducon Infratechnologies Ltd announced changes in its management following its Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026. Mr. Maruti Deore, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, retired and did not seek re-election. The company appointed Mr. Sandip Anandrao Sutar and Mr. Anil Rajmal Bhandari as Independent Directors for a term of five years. Additionally, Mr. Prakash Vaghela was re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for another five-year term. Mr. Jinesh Shah also retired as an Independent Director upon completing his five-year tenure. The company affirmed that all appointed directors are not debarred by any SEBI order or other authorities.
