The meeting agenda includes the adoption of financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Vinoth Kumar Mohanadas as a Director liable to retire by rotation, and the re-appointment of M/S M Sahu & Co Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors for a term of four years.
