Duke Offshore Appoints Five New Directors to Board

Duke Offshore Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting held on July 27, 2026. The company approved the appointment of five new directors. Mr. Ashutosh Janak Kumar Thakar has been appointed as an Additional Director in the Executive - Whole Time Director Category. Additionally, Mrs. Aksha Mohit Kamboj and Mr. Sukumar Anand Shetty have been appointed as Additional Directors in the Non-Executive Category. Mr. Rajesh Chunilal Bhojani and Mr. Vaibhav Anjinikumar Agarwal have been appointed as Additional Independent Directors (Non-Executive Category) for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. These appointments are effective from July 27, 2026.
