Duro Pack Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting is scheduled to take place at the company's administrative office in New Delhi. In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities by designated employees, immediate relatives, specified persons, and connected persons has been closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
