Dutron Polymers Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement of the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of the audited standalone financial results will be intimated in due course. This decision is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Insider Trading Prohibition Code.
