Dynamic Archistructures: All 30th AGM Resolutions Approved

Dynamic Archistructures Ltd held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 21, 2026, at its registered office in Kolkata. Shareholders participated through remote e-voting and ballot paper. Mr. Amit Kumar Sharma, Practising Company Secretary, was appointed as the Scrutinizer for the voting process. Based on his consolidated report, all resolutions presented in the AGM notice were duly approved by the shareholders with the necessary majority. The company has submitted the voting results and the Scrutinizer's Report as per SEBI (Listing Regulations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
