Dynamic Archistructures Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the shares of the company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from April 01, 2026, and will remain in force until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting scheduled for considering the Audited Financial Results/Statements for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
