Dynamic Cables Appoints Neeraj Bali as Independent Director

Dynamic Cables Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 16, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Bali as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved convening the 19th AGM on July 21, 2026, and fixed the record date for dividend as July 10, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Rasik Mangal was appointed as General Manager – Marketing and designated as Senior Management Personnel.
