Dynamic Industries Recommends Final Dividend of ₹1 Per Share

Dynamic Industries Ltd. has recommended a final dividend of ₹1 per share (10%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, on equity shares of ₹10 each. This is subject to the approval of members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend will be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM, and the record date will be intimated separately. The board meeting was held on May 27, 2026, where the audited standalone financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved.
