The meeting will also take on record the limited review report and other matters of the company. In compliance with SEBI regulations and the company's code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for designated employees, directors, auditors, and their relatives was closed from January 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration and publication of the un-audited financial results.
