E-Land Apparel Appoints Hong Jin Lim as Additional Executive Director

E-Land Apparel Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Hong Jin Lim as an Additional Executive Director, effective July 9, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. This appointment is subject to shareholder and other applicable statutory approvals. Mr. Lim, a South Korean national, brings over 20 years of experience in the garment and textile industry, with expertise in manufacturing, spinning, weaving, dyeing, business strategy, operations, planning, and administration. He is not related to any existing directors and is not debarred from holding a directorship.
