E2E Networks Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Sovcloud Technologies Limited, in India. This new entity, with an authorized capital of INR 10,00,000 and paid-up capital of INR 1,00,000, will focus on datacentre services, managed hosting solutions, and related technologies. The incorporation is considered a related party transaction, with the promoter group having an interest at arm's length. Sovcloud Technologies was incorporated on June 17, 2026, with E2E Networks holding 100% of its share capital.
